We do not change rates by the season, as we simply offer clean, comfortable lodging at an always reasonable rate.
That said, our rates are: $125 per night, $805 one week, $1540 two weeks, $2205 three weeks, $2550 per month.
We add State and County Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes totaling 18.5% to the rental amount, and assess a single cleaning fee of $150.
